About company MGH

MGH Ltd. is a private manufacturing (family owned) company, established in the year
1981. We produce safety and fastening metal parts for automotive industry, and mechanical components for electronic
industry.
Our main products are spring pins (ISO 8752 ex DIN 1481).
During past 10 years 99% of our production we have been exporting to the word-wide market.

In the period 1998-2003 we had been distributing our product as an ODM supplier to our customers, and under their
brand name. We export our pins in countries: Italy, Germany, Austria, Swiss, France, UK, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary,
Slovenia, Yugoslavia, Turkey, Israel, Tunis, Syria, Hong Kong, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, Egypt etc.

In the last 5 years we have sold more than 450 million of our pins in the world wide market through our distribution network.
Our company is in continuous development and every year we increase our capacities, and we also add new products
into our product range.
We have now annual production capacity of 160 million pcs of spring pins + free capacity for special production.

In the last two years, our company has upgraded the existing production plant, which made our technology extremely
competitive in the worldwide market.
We have new presses, new heat treatment line Kohnle (running from November 2003) with carbon potentional control,
washing and drying machine. In the nearest future we also plan to install a new packing line for automatic goods packing
.
MGH currently holds 1500 square metres of manufacturing buildings, electricity power plant of 600 kW of which 200
already installed, and 6000 sq.meter of real-estate (land prepared for the new building ca.1000 m2).

Heat treatment capacity in MGH is 300 t/year,. We currently have 22 employees. Our retailing has been present in
world-wide market since 1992 with ratio of 10-15% a year.
MGH Ltd. holds ISO 9001:2000 since 2003, and ISO 9002 since 2000, certified by SGS, BVQI - ISO 14001 since 2005,
and we are about to get TS- 16949.
Our machines are: German, Italian and Swedish origin.
MGH also holds its own tooling unit, and all the tools are constructed in the factory. The company itself exist since 1981,
and has achieved current development step by step, using company funds.
